The Young Kings will participate in The Crown event which will be held in Ontario July 25-27th
Divisions:
- CROWN ROYALTY DIVISION: 2010-2011 ELITE
- THE CROWN: 2012-2014 ELITE
- MINI CROWN: 2015-2018 ELITE & AAA
VENUE/ARENA
THE CROWN will be held at Westwood Arena and The Sports Village.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Games could start as early as 4pm on Thursday, July 24th, 2025 for all teams.
Championship games will be held between 2:00pm and 6:00pm on Sunday, July 27th, 2025 for all age groups.
Games will be played at two venues for the entire tournament - Westwood Arena and The Sports Village.
All teams are guaranteed 4-5 games depending on age group.
MVP awards will be decided by the opposing teams and will be distrubted after each game.
Champions will recieve a crown trophy for their victory. Finalists will recieve a Crown Medal.
Rules document for additional information regarding the format and rules will be shared 2 months before the tournament. The main differance versus other tournaments will be 'no restrictions' regarding rosters regarding geography and 'playing up' an age category.
All preliminary team rosters must be submitted by June 25th, 2025
